Located in a quiet and peaceful corner of the community. Very convenient location. 5-10 mins to downtown Birmingham, UAB and Homewood. Close to Green Spring Hwy. Easy access to I-65 & U.S.31. Minutes from... restaurants and groceries e.g. Walmart Neighborhood, Aldi and etc.
There are washer/dryer hookups, dishwasher and built-in microwave. There is also a coined laundry facility. Refrigerator has an ice maker. Master bedroom has a spacious closet and the smaller bedroom has a mirror closet. The little dining area is lined with hardwood floors. A few large windows and a sliding door that take you to the balcony offer natural lighting.
The condo community is monitored 24hrs by a security camera. 2 uncovered parking spots are available right in front of the building. Visitor/additional parking is available across.
Upgrades
- New Air conditioner installed in Dec 2022.
- Water heater installed in 2018.
- Carpet installed in 2019 and is still in good condition. We had always been wearing indoor slippers.
