Summit at Hillcrest Enjoyed living at Summit at Hillcrest, located in a great location, quite area. Management is great, maintenance quick to respond when needed. Nice size rooms and closet space. And my favorite Pet friendly so I could live here with my dog.

All of our maintenance needs were taken care of as usual. We’ve never had a problem with things not getting taken care of. Steve & Melissa are always nice and professional. We thoroughly enjoy living here.

The summit at Hillcrest is a wonderful gated community.
I have lived here going on seven years. The Summit is so much more than an apartment. This is a community with all the amenities of a home! Melissa is an excellent office manager that gets the job done in a very timely manner. Steve, the maintenance supervisor, does an excellent job in taking care of all my maintenance needs. He takes care of any and all issues in a very timely manner. There are no words that can express my gratitude and appreciation for this wonderful home!

Very nice, quiet and clean property
If you are looking for a laid back and quiet complex, this is the place for you. I enjoy that it is a smaller complex with low noise. The people that live here seem to all enjoy the quiet. I absolutely love all the trees and how the tenants have their flowers arranged. I have spoken to people who have lived here for over 20 years, which speaks volumes. Any issues I have had have been resolved in a timely manner. This is my first apartment and I was scared that I would not enjoy it, but to my... surprise I love it! The current manager is great and I like the way she handles things. The floor plans are nice and the rooms are big, especially the master bedroom. I do recommend looking into moving here.
