Terrible customer service

Been trying to get through to these people, none answers the phone or returns messages, if this is how their customer service is pre rental imagine how poor it is after your there, horrid!!! Avoid like the plague

A flier is "enough" to enter your apartment

Property continuously neglects to contact residents properly and only give a 24 hour prior flier posted at the community center for bedbugs they did not disclose. "Amenities" are a sham with not a single time in 2 years has the pool been open like their site states, no workout center, no maintenance crew, high turnover rate for all positions of management. Would NOT recommend to my WORST enemy, and community is not taken care of with answers from the property management as they try to skirt... around doing morally reprehensible policies. There is a reason this apartment is the cheapest, you get what you buy...

Run fast

Would give zero stars. Their pool is broken and gross. They don't have a fitness center like they say that they do. If you drive thru the place you will find that it looks NOT the same as the online photos. Not to mention last I knew the phone lines had been broke for a couple months so you couldn't even call

ZERO stars is more like it

May of 2022 we contacted this place wanting to relocate to AR due to health issues of my in laws. They had ZERO problems taking my money for application fees AND for deposit!! They were supposed to email lease agreement and NEVER DID!! we were told a move in date of 7/31/2022 and when we tried to call to check on things with our upcoming move in the phone # at the complex says its disconnected or no longer in service! After trying to call them over 40 times and calling the property management... number and leaving 3 URGENT MESSAGES no calls were ever returned!! So we drove from IL to AR to talk to Cornelia only to find out of the office til Monday!
We were at the property June 1st and we were given an apartment # and told the pool was broken and getting fixed that week...LOL as of 7/16/2022 still broken and a final notice from city of conway code enforcement hanging on the door about the pool!! I'm guessing they just want money from people any way they can get it!!

Unprofessional

Edit: They did not respond to any emails or phone calls about rental verification forcing my husband and I to renew our lease. We renewed our lease two weeks before our old one expired and it did not take as they had my 4 year old stepson listed as a responsible party. We did not find this out until 2 days before our lease was set to expire we went through about 4 leases before they finally got the dates and parties responsible correct. Now almost a month later we are having problems with the... property manager charging us a late fee for an amount that was never listed on our account. She has continuously lied to us about charges on our account and is trying to force us to pay more than what we should owe. This place is poorly managed and if I was not forced to renew my lease I would not still be here. The AC is out in a majority of the apartments and after having several people look at our AC unit and telling us they are ordering parts almost a year later our AC is still out. Our apartment is about 80 degrees.
I have tried to get a hold of the the new property manager for the past week about my account. However she hasn’t returned my phone calls after saying she would call me back.
According to my lease any new rules and regulations are supposed to be given to me in writing at least 30 days before they are implemented however she told me I have to remove my plant stands 4 days before a new rule about patios being clear of any items or I would be fined. She has also told me my rent was increased however I did not receive anything in writing about a rent increase and according to my lease I am supposed to receive a notice in writing 30 days before rent is set to go up.
There’s an almost $400 charge on my account that the property manager cannot explain and will not answer or return my calls about.
A majority of the mailboxes are either broken or completely destroyed. There is trash everywhere and there is furniture constantly outside of the dumpsters.
When I come home from work my apartment always smells like cigarettes and pot when neither me or my husband smoke in any form.
