El apartamento superó las expectativas. Cómodo, amplio y las facilidades al rededor están muy cuidadas y nuevas. Sumamente tranquilo. Los estacionamientos son cómodos y hay muchos adicionales para lo que no tengan uno bajo techo… Todo nos parece perfecto e ideal.

Lazo seems to be a nice community that has nice amenities and engages with tenants. In regards to my experience individually, I feel as if the communication could be improved prior to move in, all paperwork could be sent in a timely fashion giving the tenant the opportunity to clearly review all necessary documents and a more thorough examination of the apartment can be conducted prior to the tenant moving in.

Management and maintenance personnel always trying to help resolve issues on the spot. Have been living at Lazo apartments for over two years and never had concerns to be unresolved.
