I stayed in this apartment more than one and half year. The Management and managers are very worst. When I moved out, They charged around $1200 for normally cleaning and replace the Kitchen granite, there is small oil stain on the granite which can go easily if you apply some sort of solution, but apartment they didn't do any workaround they simply changed the granite and making you accountable for that expense. They will use your money to re-modify the apartment. That's a reason they will ask... huge money as a initial deposit.
- They placed A/C in the hall, during summer you can't sleep in your bed room. - Very tiny kitchen. so you wouldn't have enough room. - Some time dryer machine wouldn't work, that will makes you loss some penny and time. Management wouldnt do any regular check to ensure all machines are working or not. its upto your luck sometime.. - If next apartment play TV, you will hear sound. walls are very thin. - They wouldn't clean the Swimming pool. - You cant see the manager (Roya) in the leasing office. Always they will be go out. So if you have any maintenance issues it will be so hard to catch hold of them.
Good thing is gated community. Neighbors are very friendly.
