I moved here 5 months ago and since then, management has changed three times. While the place itself isn’t bad, the front desk staff, particularly Bri, needs improvement. Her consistently poor attitude lowers the building’s overall value. She’s often unresponsive and seems unwilling to assist, making it frustrating and ineffective to seek help from her. If the business wants to improve, replacing her would be a good step

I do love living here 90% of the time but like with everything there a few thing that should be upgraded.

Management can never resolve any issues. Hallways and elevators are always dirty. Every two months there is a problem with every unit that they take forever to fix. The building was not build properly. The management do not know what they are doing.
