Overall, good experience. The elevator has been the main issue, it is frequently undergoing repairs. The gym is really great, it has everything.

Awesome experience, great staff! I love the study space as it allows a very spacious environment creating great study momentum and encouragement especially during finals.

So many places to study. The lounge, the roof. And the activities that the staff organize are so fun. I've loved living here so far. The staff is so friendly and maintenence request are done so fast.

Jefferson Flats has a great welcoming atmosphere and sense of community within the residence. Perfect location for USC students. Very efficient and helpful staff members, and the convenience of having facilities like laundry rooms, study lounges, and recreational areas within the residence is a huge plus.

Jefferson Flats provides a welcoming and modern environment. But what really makes it feel like a home is its staff. Specifically, since day 1 Ixtli has been so welcoming and accommodating to my needs as a resident. She always takes urgency when there are any problems and constantly follows up to ensure that the problem is not only fixed but there are no other issues that persist.
