Rae, Charles, Taylor, and Tiana have been so accommodating to my individual needs as a resident, and have exceeded my expectations as far as making me feel welcomed within the residential community. Just moved into Eleven Fifty Clay and I couldn't be happier. The staff is amazing and so helpful. The loading dock and service elevator—that actually holds for you—made the moving process so seamless. Amenity spaces are beautifully design and always super clean. It's also one of the more affordable apartment buildings in Oakland but definitely worth every penny.

We love living here! This was about the second showing we had in Oakland, but immediately fell in love. The staff was really helpful and kind, which was another reason we decided to stay here.

We made the right decision. Our neighbors are friendly, lots cute doggie, and help is always a call or email away. I’m happy that there’s a lot places to hangout with friends around the building. The common areas are kept clean as well.
