Everything is perfect looking, but there were shortcuts made during construction and things weren't as well thought out as they should have been. All of those types of issues can be overlooked because it is very nice and the amenities are incredible, but there have been multiple break-ins and other security issues. Despite the same areas being broken into, management has done nothing to fix the problem areas and seems to be content to allow it to happen.

Hello,I want to thank you for your feedback and follow up with regards to your experiences at Parc Mosaic.Our focus is always to provide our residents with the best experience we can offer. To address your concerns from your review, over the last... month we unfortunately experienced two break ins to our gear garage; we implemented a security patrol within 48 hours of the first incident. With the increase in crime here in Boulder(30% increase since March 2020); we are actively working to prevent future break ins with our security partners. The most recent incident is still under investigation with the Boulder Police Department. We were able to have our glass vendor on site the same day for measuring for replacement glass and boarded up our door for the time being. Communication was sent to all of our residents shortly after we discovered the crime. We increased security patrols and as of last Monday, 12/15, we have had a standing guard on each night(10pm-6am).We often request feedback and we would like the opportunity to discuss yours.
