Do not live here

This was my first apartment moving out of my parents house. There has been an issue since day one, first my dishwasher was broken (freshly renovated), then my sink was leaking had to have maintenance come out numerous times to come out and fix it. Even to the day of move out my kitchen sink was dripping. I put in multiple maintenance request for pest control and just basic maintenance and no one came, or I had to have them come out multiple times to fix the issue. This place also has a cockroach... problem and won’t do anything about it. My AC went out (middle of august) right before I moved out put in 3 different maintenance request while also going to the office to have someone come out and look at it and no one ever came. It’s very hard to get a hold of the office, unless you wait at least 30 mins before you’re seen in the office. It’s a very noisy place to live, security and the office doesn’t do much. Pool wasn’t open unless there was a party in the club house and the gym was never available. It took months until I was able to do the laundry in the shared laundry room and even then there were different occasions when the laundry room wasn’t available due to renovations, doors being locked (the keys that were given out didn’t even work), and the laundry keys are always out. Hopefully, you don’t make the same mistake I did with choosing this place to live in.

Horrible Help

I have been out of hot water for several days now. I cannot shower or bathe in the middle of winter because the water is freezing cold. The emergency maintenance line doesn't work, the office isn't picking up during business hours, and I'm steadily growing angrier. And that's just one issue. Let's not forget that their primary payment method has been not working for close to a month now, along with all of their other systems. And instead of giving the residents a more convenient method of... payment in the interim, they tell us to figure it out and fine us for being late. My bank does not offer their alternative methods, and they will not take card. So I'm left kinda screwed here. Worst of all, maintenance in my building doesn't speak any English. And that part is fine if they took effort to translate certain things. Instead though I can only get repairs when I'm in the apartment when they happen to come by (which is never scheduled, just sorta random) because the maintenance guy won't figure out what "Permission to enter when resident isn't home" means. But hey. Heated swimming pool I guess. And a gym that's advertised but isn't actually open and hasn't been for months because "the equipment hasn't arrived yet."

Horrible place to live

Truly the worst place I’ve ever lived. Impossible to get in contact with office, didn’t have AC for two months, refused to give me a final walk through inspection. A horrible experience from start to finish without mentioning even a fraction of the issues I’ve had.

NO FIRE ALARMS

No fire alarms or extinguishers. Multiple other tenants have complained and nothing has been done. And Now a fire broke out.

Worst place to live

This place is a complete disaster. Trash everywhere. Police here every single week if not multiple times during the week. People constantly working on their garbage cars. Leasing office is filled with rude and untrustworthy employees who do not care or try to help you at all. Constantly had issues with my heater which barely ever worked. Literally had to harass the leasing office multiple times per day just for them to “try” and make it over to my unit. The first week I lived here my heater... didn’t work the entire time and I would wake up shivering, even with blankets on. The have ANCIENT heaters, and the water would go cold/hot at any given time while taking a shower. Do NOT LIVE HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT. DON’T SAY YOU WEREN’T WARNED.
