I’ve lived here for three years. In those 3 years, we’ve had 4 different property management companies, a non working oven for 4 months, every summer you can also count on your AC going out. Oh, and how can I forget the time they hadn’t paid the city for our water? Super cool. Or when our apartment flooded? I had to force them to come out with threats of calling the city. We had inches of water on our second level dripping onto electrical in the garage. They said it wasn’t an emergency. Classic... scenarios you can expect with this property. When approached with this, management gives you every excuse to just get you off the phone without offering any solution or indication that they working on it. After years of “we’ll get back to you” “our maintenance is backed up” those phrases begin to lose their weight. What are we even paying for? So glad to not be renewing our lease. Avoid at all costs.
