Unit was freshly painted, including ceilings this spring. All new light fixtures through-out. Bathroom vanity is less than a year old. Hot water is through a brand-new tankless, gas heater, so always lot of nice hot water to enjoy.
The kitchen has custom wood cabinets with granite countertop and tile backsplash. Full-sized appliances including a dishwasher. Right off the kitchen in the corner of the living room is a dining nook with a built-in bench and custom table that folds out for more table space.
