Worst apartments i lived ever!. Problem: Water leaks, Black Mold, Poor Maintenance, Roach problem and Always Construction Noise.
I been living in Nottingham Pine apartment from 2022. Along me, four other colleague families living in same community from 2021. Biggest problem with community is water leaks from floor, sidewalls and roofs every time it rains.
Durning the Leasing, Leasing office has told these unit are very well maintained and fully renovated but never expected water leaked into home like this.
I had water leak in my apartment many times when ever there is a rain. I keep complaining to leasing, management,... Maintenance again and again but they are least bothered about it. My maintenance requests are closed multiple time but never fixed.
Other problems are Black Molds, Bad smelling elevators, roach problems, closet door falling apart on midnights and AC insulation leaks causing more power bill.

Awesome Community
I have had the pleasure of living in my apartment for the past 6 months, and I couldn't be happier! The management team at this complex is truly outstanding. The manager Tatiana is soft spoken and very respectfully. Always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I have had, and she goes above and beyond to make sure residents are happy.
The apartment itself is also fantastic. It is spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The community amenities are well maintained and looking forward to a... upgrade modern pool area now.
Overall, I have had a wonderful experience living in this apartment complex and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a positive, hassle-free living experience. The management team is truly exceptional, and I feel fortunate to call this place my home.

Not worth the money!
I lived there for 4 years dealt with the roach problem which still exists but the last straw was the rent increase of $600 and late fees of $500! Plus they want guess parking to pay for parking, WOW!! Do your research shop around, you know they’re offering one month free and waving the fee, I wonder why! Happy Hunting!!!
