First of all, Taelor is incredible. She’s prompt, punctual, and most importantly she cares. From the first second I walked into the leasing office, to noise complaints, to any other question I’ve had, she’s been RIGHT there to help almost immediately. She deserves a heavy amount of praise for the amount of effort she puts into what she does.

Okay, now for the actual property.

This property, and the apartments, are nicer than a lot of hotel rooms I’ve been in. I borderline feel like I’m at a... resort most of the time I’m here.

The pool is very well kept, the gym is actually pretty legit for an apartment complex gym, and the lake/walking trail around the lake is great because you walk outside and you’ll see a bunch of other residents walking their dogs or just going for a walk. It gives you a pretty wholesome feeling that you’re at the right place.

The walls are fairly thin, and can transfer a lot of noise from neighbors. BUT, as mentioned earlier, Taelor and the other staff at the front are on it when it comes to handling those issues. Where that statement might not seem like 5 star material, the care from the staff definitely is.

This is the best complex you can find in this area! Everyone that works here is so kind and professional, they throw resident events, it feels like a real home and a real community! Clean, safe, and full of friendly people all supported by a great management/maintenance team!

Where do I begin! Moving is stressful and I had 30 days to move out of my current house rental, looking at how much house rentals cost today gave me much anxiety! I was looking for an affordable alternative and was recommended to look at apartments. With the help of my son and his girlfriend we found Whitepalm apartments. We moved into White Palms at the end of June. It is a very awesome place to live. Courtney in the office was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable with our move in. I definitely recommend White Palms ??
