Roaches..
the place is BEAUTIFUL but honestly there's been SO MANY roaches in this new complex & they wont even send pest control to your apartment unless you practically empty it for a German roach treatment when its not even a German roach issue. honestly disgusting. I've never had such an issue w/ roaches till I moved here. Even college dorms have less. I think when my lease is up i will be moving out...

Moving into the Viridian was the best choice my husband and I made. It was our first tour of the day after some different tours and we instantly fell in love with the apartments, the area and amenities.

Broadstone Viridian is an amazing beautiful community with a lot of amenities to enjoy . The Manager Stacey is very professional and always willing to help out with a residents needs and concerns . Chawnte and Josh and the Maintenance Supervisor Eric are a very dedicated to their profession and customer care is their first priority . The grounds are beautiful like a resort . We love it here!
