lived here for awhile and although it’s “aesthetically pleasing” the roach problem upon move in was actually ridiculous for the price. the amenities vs price in my opinion aren’t worth it. definitely just paying to live in beachwalk, which is a very nice area don’t get me wrong, but not worth the downside of the apartments. i have even went to the front office multiple times and they tell me to “fix it myself” when i’ve had issues with the sink or the oven etc.

Nice property, parking difficult for Bldgs 1 & 2
- New property, nice location. 210 does get busy 3:30pm- 6pm as well as at 3:45pm high school lets out (but most of Jax area busy so no surprise but putting this out here as one person complained about heavy traffic) - Apartment has upgraded technology (like Wifi to access your A/C and keyless door entries) - Size of apartment is fine - No carpeting (just FYI) - If you have issues with mobility, elderly, young kids, like to come to/from your apt. often, you may want to stay away from buildings 1... & 2 as difficult to park, especially after 6:30 pm.... buildings are not even at full occupancy and having to park a building over. - Nice landscaping, property - Hoping rent does not go significantly up at renewal as see some apartments already going for $250 more! Hoping they remember their tenants at renewal as some communities do not and have a mass exodus after one year.
