For the market being so high, Ibis is well priced. Quiet, nice management. Waking distance to Publix is a plus.

Dirty and poorly manged

These Olen Living apartments are dirty and poorly managed. Dog droppings everywhere (management doesn't enforce dog rules). Mountains of rotting trash. Raccoons prowling at night eating garbage. Management ignores tenants (says they will address a problem and then does nothing). Dirty, run-down interior that was nothing like the advertised unit.

Stay Away

This complex is awful. They give you credits to move in but, if you break your lease per their 7 month clause, you have to pay it back! The water bill is a rip off! They charge per building, per occupancy so if you’re on vacation or traveling for work, you’re being charged for water even though you’re not using any. Maintenance is a joke. You put tickets in online and they close them out without ever coming to assess the problem. Parking is terrible. Not monitored ever. Other residents have... vehicles that don’t run occupying spaces. The complex is dog friendly and there are poop bags all over the complex but nobody seems to care and there is poop everywhere. They charge $25 per month for one dumpster for the entire complex and it is always full so residents throw their garbage outside of the dumpster which causes rats and raccoons everywhere. If you rent a first floor apartment, you hear everything above you including flushing toilets. Stay away from this greedy money pit!!! They only care about how they can gouge their residents for more money!!!

Best location

Ibis reserve is one of the best located properties in west Palm Beach. Walking distance to Publix and other shoppes. Gabriella and Amber are the best! Always professional, pleasant. The property is well maintained. They’re always having events for the community. It’s not only management that makes for a great place to live, it’s people that take pride in where they live.

This is the most honest review you will read

I come across this property as I was looking for a new place. Upon arriving saw Amber seems quiet and nice. She show us the model beautiful. She then stated well there will be a one available in for a May 1st move in. She informed me that it will be a fully renovated unit, "everything brand new also stove refrigerator stainless steel. Fast forward I move in and the entire dinning area flooded and of course no I had to be cleaning up water after I was exhausted from packing up my other place. As... I am moving in and start to put stuff I notice master bathroom filthy. So the Sunday I went to office and they apologize,take care of it someone will come and fix the leak no one show. Monday samething and I have to start telling them I am leaving because this is not acceptable they finally fix the leak after 2-3 attempts. The kitchen counter laminate peeling off, the draws cannot open because of the stove, bathroom dirty rust all over the doors. Then Alicia come and see it and of course she makes excuse for everything well we don't do this we don't do that. I said if the doors in shower and toilet is not replace I am out for sure. She guarantee they will take care of everything and it is 4 months bathroom door still haven't replace, kitchen cabinets still peeling and I still can't open my cabinet draw. The towel rack haven't been fix. Then 2days ago I received an email saying I owe 102. I am distraught because I setup for autopay. Email still wasn't given an excuse what the bill was for clearly so I went in the office and discuss finding out your rent does not include water. I am dumbfounded at this point, Amber did not disclosed the information and that my water wasn't included. Of course I am levid at this point because I am organized and I developed a system as to how I take care of my bills. Here Alicia telling me it is my responsibility to know that their property does not include utilities. How could I when nothing was said or given to me. I didn't even get a copy of my lease shame on me for that.
