Really nice Renovations
I’ve been searching around the area and i just keep coming back to Elmwood. It’s a such a nice little community! I had a tour and I can honestly say it’s a breath of fresh air when you see a renovated unit that has been ACTUALLY renovated!!! Everything looks brand new and modern!

The changes are great.
I've visited this place before and I just decided to go back because I'm searching for somewhere to move to and I can truly say that Elmwood is now at the top of my list, I see that you guy's have made a lot of changes and I have to say that it looks like a different place and the remolded unit is such a sight for soar eyes, You guys will definitely be seeing me soon.

My Visit to Elmwood was amazing. I had a tour and the inside was soo nice and clean it's a very modern feel I was surprised at how beautiful the renovated unit was!. The manager Bailey was really detailed in explaining what to expect and the application process!!

Loving it here at Elmwood !
I have been here at Elmwood not even for a year but already it’s been the best experience I’ve had renting an apartment, the property manager Bailey is great he shows that he cares a lot more then the previous manager. The maintenance team is very efficient and work really hard to make sure all of the residents here are living comfortably Overall I would just like to thank Elite Management for the hard work and dedication to this property because this was a necessary change we needed !

Outstanding Management
I came by Elmwood Apartments on last week and it seemed like a very quiet neighborhood very clean on the outside I did love floor plans. Office Assistant Mercedes always friendly and courteous. Bailey the Property Manager really needs a promotion I’ve seen what this place looked like in the past and I would have never pulled in the driveway. I’ve personally seen him cleaning the grounds in suit when I drove in. It’s rare to see that type of commitment these days. Especially property managers... I’m looking forward to renting I really would love to live here really close to the stadium. Nice community! Also pet friendly.
