Look elsewhere
We moved in August 2023 and have regretted the decision on this choice. You will be asked to sign lease that is misleading.
They make you think they will be tough on noise, parking and people too lazy to pick up after their pets. When you ask them to enforce lease they choose to offer you to break your lease rather than upset troublemakers. Don't make the mistake I made , choose wisely.

Thank you for sharing and we are sorry for the misunderstanding in the lease. To make sure this doesn't happen again, we have added some language outlining quiet hours to clear up any ambiguities for future tenants.
In addition, we would like to... explain a few things for future tenants who might read this post:
First, we do send out courtesy emails to remind everyone to do their best to clean up after their dogs, be considerate when parking or having guests over, and to try to keep noise to a minimum in the evenings. We encourage everyone to behave like the neighbor they want to have living next door to them.
Secondly, some noise is to be expected in apartment living as opposed to living in a single family home. However, in an effort to make the Villas as nice as possible and limit sound between apartment units, we increased the ceiling batt insulation to R30, which has a thickness of 10" as opposed to the standard batt insulation which is only 3.5" thick.
Lastly, despite our best efforts, we acknowledge that issues will eventually arise just like in any home or apartment complex, but what we can assure everyone of is that whenever a concern does arise, we will address it promptly and do everything we can to make it right.
