I lived here for 2 years, as a college student. In my tenure here, there was a homicide on property and another shooting. The property is crawling with homeless people, who break into cars and apartments frequently. Management refused to do anything at all about it. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!!

Great apartments for college living
My daughter has lived at the Muse since last year. August 2023. The apartment is just beautiful. Upon move in the place was spotless. Since move in the apartments have been super informative and answered all our questions. They let her know when Maintenance is coming and days and it’s no surprise! Last year there was an incident that happened at the apartment but it was an isolated incident and my daughter has never felt in anyway unsafe. The incident can happen anywhere and wasn’t at fault of... the Muse (I do know details and believe me when I say this is isolated) . The apartments have security and my daughter knows she can always been walked in if needed during the late hours. If you need anything the office is there to help. I have called and even stopped in the office myself and everyone is always helpful. I am not sure why so many reviews reflect such opposite, but I know from my experience it’s been great. I have been in customer service my entire career and Muse as taken care of my daughter. As a parent I want safety and a nice place to live for my daughter, especially living alone! . My daughter locked herself out by accident and within a few minutes she was helped and this was at 5:30am in the morning! It was a lesson learned. She's looking forward to moving in a 2 bedroom come fall with a roommate. She loves it there and wouldn't want to live anywhere else. Muse also does a lot of activities like free lunch and dinners and giveaways. Always keeping the residents informed and fed ha!! PS- when I was down there this weekend (May 2024) the apartments are now under new management and there are things coming to secure the property even more for the residents….. And they have changed the parking/towing company….which I agree hasn’t been the best, but every apartment around campus has the same rules for parking. I do think big changes are around the corner now that a new owner just took over that manages a LOT more properties than the last owner. They have the knowledge and will make any issues better. Please read all reviews with a grain of salt because a lot of what I read seems to be someone upset over something they knew was clearly in the lease and rules (I know that’s such a parent comment, but true) I think this place is awesome. Thank you MUSE apartments for such a great place for my college girl to live !

Muse Bowling Green: The Best
If Muse Bowling Green was a restaurant, it would have three Michelin stars. Everytime I have a maintenance work order or need to talk with the leasing office staff, which isn't often, they are very accomodating. The staff and apartments at Muse Bowling Green always find a way to be better every day. While perfection does not exist, Muse Bowling Green certainly carries this endeavor with a marvelous grace.
