My wife and I were looking for an apartment in 2007. We had decided that the Townhouse we were living in was over-priced and didn't have very personable people managing it. It was simply a place to live. But as past homeowners who knew that was not what we wanted again, we went searching. We came here to Royal Arms Apartments and never looked back. This has everything we were longing for and then some. The office staff and maintenance staff are like our extended family. The grounds are... well-kept and the buildings have been well-maintained. For 19 years, we've called it home and continue to. Check it out!

Nice property and neighborhood - Good luck with the staff once you've moved in
The neighborhood is quiet and nice. The staff may become ..not that nice..only when you have moved in.

Royal Arms Apartments
Royal Arms Apartments offers apartments unlike most in Bowling Green. With older white buildings that remind me of being near the beach and having a salt water pool it seemed like a really nice place to live. I have lived here a year now and they are close to some of the coolest things to do in Bowling Green. The property management is always at work keeping the property up to date and clean. They are pet Friendly and cooperative. Beautiful place to live and haven't regretted it once.
