Full of regrets

Definitely not as advertised. Went 4 months with no dishwasher. I sent maintenance request 3 times and once verbally. AC was broken for 7 months and in the middle of summer. Sent multiple maintenance request. Racked up on electric bill to get 72 degrees but only went down to 78 degrees when it was 95 degrees outside! Constantly have cockroaches. We pay for pest control but i still have to pay out of pocket to to deal with it myself If there is maintenance be ready to be woken up at 9AM. Good... luck to those who work a night shift and/or graveyard shift. One time i was woken up around 7 am for lawn mowing on a SATURDAY! and I worked a really late night, night shift the night before. Also, if they do maintenance inside your apartment they don't clean up after themselves. Oh the mess i had to clean up Apartment managers are of no help and always have mean faces, specially the front desk, very rude actually. I always felt hesitant to pick up my packages because of her. They are definitely not here to help residents to have a wonderful living experience here. Always in the office and not helping residents. Unsafe place. There were multiple shootings while i was living here. Trash everywhere. One day to use the pool. Laundry not working or broken and basically ate my money. Everything was painted over, insects, screws and even multiple blades. Unsanitary place to live. When it rains you need a canoe to get to your apartment. The road is gravel and full of potholes. The sewage never did get fixed in many places so it's always stinky. The only good thing i could say about this place is Sophie, but she left right away when i moved in here. I heard that they do accept Veteran's Disability as part of your income but i guess most places do. I would've moved out sooner if i didn't have to pay to cancel my lease. Make sure to ask for fees that are not included in your rent because I didn't see those coming. Most of them were not even mentioned on the lease on how much.THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH IT. There's a reason why more than half of this property is vacant. I wish I listened to the other reviews. The price isn't worth the stress. This place stressed me out so much.

Very Poor Maintenance, Revolving Door Managers

Only one of the two laundry rooms is operational and it is almost never cleaned. Old machines are dirty and poorly maintained. Did not have mail service for a full month due to poor mailbox repair. Promises made by "maintenance" staff are seldom fulfilled. There have been four managers here since 2022. Parking lot is fast becoming a gravel road. Pest control is haphazard. Be prepared to battle the roaches by yourself. You will have to pay fees additional to your rent. They even charge you to pay... for rent through their website.

We are disappointed to hear that promises made by our maintenance staff have not been fulfilled promptly. We will investigate this matter further to ensure better communication and follow-through on all maintenance requests.

Regarding the parking lot conditions, we acknowledge your concerns and are actively working to address any deterioration promptly. Additionally, we understand the importance of pest control. The pest control company is engaged with the community and provided exterior building maintenance last week. If you are still having issues, please contact Sophie and April at the office to get on the list for interior services. The team has been working hard on property improvements since 2022 and welcome you to visit to discuss any additional concerns.

I’m Back!!

I live here when I was in high school and after college came back this was my first apartment complex, before leaving to move to a different state. I’m back ?? with my family great area and apartment.

Pathetic management

My apartment looks nothing like the ones advertised. I have old carpet countertops in kitchen and bathroom that has been stained since I moved here. Holes from where they come fix stuff and leave it as is. Wouldn’t recommend oh and they change management every 3 to 6 months no one stays.

Mediocre

Basically your paying for location . Maintenance sucks . Went without air for 3months and heat for 4months air got fixed and then started leaking water . Apartment reaked of cigarette smoke from last tenant and still does and on top of all that the paint in the tub has been chipping since day one and it’s very rusted as if they plastered over it I would not recommend unless you have no choice !
