Unique Gem Downtown Kalamazoo

Very spacious apartments with elegant sober finishes in a great location overseeing Michigan Av. downtown. The roof has a nice rooftop deck that is wonderful in the Summer and in the warm Spring/Fall days. Walking distance to all major downtown restaurants, museums, galleries, bakeries, breweries and more. Walking/biking distance to the Kalamazoo Valley Trail that can be biked all the way to lake Michigan to the West and beyond Comstock to the East.
Close proximity to Bronson's main campus and...
other downtown employers.
The building is constantly maintained, observe save COVID practices and the Peregrine property management staff very responsive and proactive in communicating with tenants.
