Is What It is

October 2023 - side door of apartments facing the south east side has not been operational. Communication from management is they are still trying to fix it. As of Jan 5, 2024 - still non operational and residents need to walk to north east entrance. Isn't fun if you live on the south side and step outside for groceries and then need to walk around the entire apartment complex to get back home.

November 2023 - same door, FOB issues entering the deck. It's nice to grill but having to walk to...
the door that is operational is more of an annoyance. Speaking of the grill, door to turn on the propane has been defective for the last 2 months.

Fire alarms going off at night due to individual smoking pot

Small little annoyances add up. Especially when rents keep going up and nothing is done to maintain the place. Really, going on 4 months and you still have no issue of making door entrances available. Property is pretty new, but when you take a tour you will see how cheap the drawers are. City water isn't the best, but it's not Calipers fault.
