I really enjoyed touring this apartment! I found it to be a very good location and I am definitely considering moving in here. The only concern I had was the number of occupants. Seems like a lot of people, so I get a little worried about noise. Otherwise, great apartment!

Ms.
I have lived in this apartment building since October 2014. It is a great building. It is clean and it is easy to have large packages delivered. It is in a great neighborhood. It is an easy commute to work and a food co-op is a block and a half away, which I have been a member of for a few years. I have good neighbors.
The office staff is very helpful and responds to any questions or concerns that I have.

Beautiful Apartments with Peculiar Tenants and Management
I currently live in Marcelle Arms and it is good other than the occupants. No one is overly friendly, and they always look at me like i'm an outsider. The management always seems to have issues with how we pay our rent, even though we pay it on time with a check. Also the lady below us seems to complain at the smallest noises. This place is only good for people who are quieter than mice. I don't like to have people over in fear of getting complaints, and I have always considered myself a quiet... respectful person. Other than that the building is gorgeous, it is just a shame that no one is that friendly or welcoming.
