You can never get a hold of property management in person, on the phone, or email. Management has made it clear that they do not care about the quality of your living space. They just want your money.

If you move in with a promotion, watch closely that it is accurately applied. The correct amount owed is rarely posted on your account. Management takes months to address that, so be sure you budget for more than what you're quoted.

The elevators are always broken. If they are working, you... gamble getting stuck in it. If you do get stuck in it, the emergency service simply puts in a ticket and can't tell you when to expect to get out. Make sure you have your phone with you, as you'll need to call 911.

People urinate and deficate in the stairwells. When you have to take the stairs because the elevators are broken, you have to breathe unhealthy air and walk thru urine coated stairs.

Property management does not care about the residents. You sign the lease and pay your rent. Management won't talk to you again regardless of the importance of your situation.

I can’t wait to move out of this place. Everything below is true. Stairwells constantly have pet pee, crap, and puke all the time. The entry glass door has been shattered 3 times and the package room was broken into several times over 6 months ago. It hasn’t been fixed since and there isn’t a package room for this building.
