Well priced but definite drawbacks
Erwin Terrace Apartments are priced very competitively and are quite nice inside, which make them a great option for students looking to live off campus in Durham. Located right on top of a number of good restaurants also makes the building quite convenient. However, there are a couple drawbacks. First, the building doesn't have any additional amenities like gym or pool, which are becoming increasingly more popular in Durham apartment complexes. Second, I found the doors and walls to be a bit... thin and wish I didn't have to hear every conversation that happened in the hallways. Overall though, these were small problems, and I enjoyed my experience there.
