Nice Staff

I have been living in this building for a while now and the team staff is really friendly and helpful. I have to mention the maintenance guys Rigo and Sanchez who are really efficient and professional. They are fast with the maintenance requests and knowledgeable about every aspect, they answer to your inquiries and solve any problem you can have in relation to your apartment.

Poor management.

I really don’t recommend this place. Air conditioners randomly dying. Had flooding happen. Cockroaches greet you in the parking lot. They charge you for everything mundane. Apparently after selling your car, you need to pay a new $25 for a parking sticker. A sticker.

When you move out, they claim all these charges to get your security deposit. They claimed they had to paint the outside due to staining from A doormat. When I walked past our old apartment, the stain is still there. So what did...
you charge me for?

When we had our door opened, and we expressed concern on the phone, they thought we were on hold and made fun of us.

This place has the absolute rudest management. Do not move here.
