Beautiful, modern apartments with great management!

I lived here for a year and wish I could have stayed longer!
If you like living in an urban setting, close to restaurants and bars and fun city events - this is the perfect place for you.
The building is quiet, well maintained and cared for, and management is very attentive and responsive (they even offered to water my plants when I was traveling!). I had to end my lease early and move across the country and they worked with me to find a new tenant and gave me back all of my deposit with no...
penalty! I had a wonderful experience, I met great neighbors, and I really wish I could have taken this apartment with me across the country :)

Warm, neat and nice place to live

I lived here since August 2023 and I had a great experience. I have made so many friends and acquaintances in the building and everyone was friendly. The apartments keep you cozy and warm in harsh New England weather. The landlord was very helpful with the maintenance and they helped me a lot during my lease. Unfortunately I had to end my lease earlier but they showed understanding and found a new tenant. It’s so sad I had to leave but overall it was beautiful. I hope you will enjoy your stay.

Great Location and Awesome Management

I Loved this place!
The apartment building is located on a main street filled with different types of restaurants, shops, and convenience stores. There is a pharmacy and supermarket close by.
The apartment building is very clean with a modern decor, security cameras inside common areas and outside. There is also a parking lot, elevator and a quaint little park right outside the door where I used to play with my dog. It’s within walking distance from the Providence mall and one block away from...
the highway(95). There is public transportation and the commuter rail is close. You don’t need a car if you live here.
My apartment had high ceilings, hard wood floors, newer appliances, walk-in closet, large windows, washer/dryer, and more.
When I first moved in, I met the owner. She came and introduced herself to me and made sure that any issue that I had was immediately addressed.
I had an opportunity out of state, and I had to move before my lease was up. The owner was wonderful. She found a new tenant and released me early, with no problems.
Best of all, the building is family owned and she treated me like family. That made me feel good, since my family was so far away.
If you are looking for a place that is safe, clean, quiet and close to everything, you found it.
This is definitely a must see!

Absolutely Garbage

These guys will try their best to take all of your deposit and refuse to give you back.
The landlord called me one day and told me about a person moving from Florida to the town looking for large 1 bed room apartment. She asked me if I was interested in moving out earlier, and I specifically made clear with her about refunding my security deposit. She said "There will be another person continuously rent your unit out throughout the year, so we will give your deposit back". Even until the day...
before I moved out, they asked me to provide them my forwarding address so that they can mail my deposit back.

And guess what happened I moved out of RI. They told me that since I broke the lease, they will not give me a deposit back.

We had arguments over the phone. And a day later, she sent me a text message "Now I remember that I told you to give your deposit back. so please provide me your mailing address". So I gave her my new residential address.
She deleted that text from iMessage and now telling me again "We are not going to lose rent money".

She deleted her text about giving me a deposit back so she can hide that from my evidence. Luckily I have taken a screenshot before she deleted. I will be going through Small Claim District Court with this landlord.

Please be aware, these guys will try so hard to refuse refunding your deposit back!!

nice units but…

I hate to leave bad reviews but my experience with the landlord at this location was not good. There was so much miscommunication and “forgetting” going on. First I was told that I was approved for the unit I wanted. I was then told the current tenant wanted to stay and I could No longer lease it but that changed and the unit was available. The day I was supposed to bring my deposit I was told someone else came before and paid “more money”. Next I was told by the woman that she would rent me... the unit for a little more because she mixed up the units. We then had a verbal agreement for her to send me a lease that evening so that I could review it and pay the deposit. She said she would send it because she was leaving the country. Lease was never sent and I reached out multiple times to her and her family member who was covering her. Fast forward a month later after waiting for her to return I finally get in touch with her and she tells me the unit was leased when she had previously told me that she would rent me the unit! The experience was so bizarre I had to have someone else on the phone with me to witness the poor communication and confusion. I don’t think the landlord meant any ill well but to leave the country and not finalize a lease before then was a little cruel. There’s no reviews on here but I highly doubt that is an isolated occurrence. Organization, communication and trust to future tenants needs to be much better. Essentially I paid the application fee and was given a big run around for months, not cool.
