Great college apartment!
Quiet neighborhood and super friendly staff!! Quick response from maintence whenever something is needed to be fixed or you lock yourself out of your apartment! Wonderful place to live!

Excellent Staff and Rentals
I have rented with HOMESTEAD PROPERTIES for nearly three years. I would 100% recommend them, whether a student or a family, they have a variety rental choices. I have always found the staff professional, helpful, friendly and always available.
The pool, laundry room and gym are always clean. If maintenance calls are placed, any concerns are resolved immediately. The grounds are regularly maintained, excellent lawn service and seasonal flowers planted..A great home away from home.

Good College Apartment
The apartment is a good size for 1-2 people and it was clean when I moved in. I've been here for about 2.5 years and the staff has always been friendly and respectful. Maintenance requests are usually dealt with in a reasonable amount of time. Overall, I've been happy here!

Great place to live
This is my first time living away from home and Homestead Properties staff, from the girls in the office to the repairmen have all been wonderful. They are always very on top of things and make sure that you have everything you need. I would definitely recommend Homestead Properties to anyone!
