i've never had issues with roaches until i moved here also theres a lot of car break ins INSIDE THE GARAGE your vehicle is not safe gate is always open they fix it when ever they feel like it. homeless people roaming around also people leaving trash bags for weeks on the front doors hallway starts to smell police always here at least 3 times a week mail workers leave your mail out the mailbox and end up missing your amazon orders will be gone as well this place is... just horrible to move in stay away management not great also STAY AWAY!!!

RUN THE OTHER WAY!!
I have lived here almost a year and I am so ready for my lease to be over so we can move. My car has been broken into twice now, mind you my doors are locked with an alarm system but some how the guy breaking into cars made a gadget that allows him to unlock cars without the alarms going off. Crazy! We don't leave ANYTHING in the car anymore so who knows if they've tried recently. Another thing is the fire alarm that goes off DAILY at different hours of the day or even when your newborn is... asleep at 3am in the morning. Its super loud and So annoying!! Iv brought it up several times to the staff up front but it has yet to be fixed and its been about 11 months! Also in the 7 years iv lived in and out of apartments I have never had a roach problem till coming here. Its disgusting the amount of roaches this place is infested with. All of my neighbors have made the same complaint. The only thing the office will tell you do do is sign up for pest control that doesn't even work or come out half the time. The ONLY good about this apartment complex is the area & price. Close to HEB and quick food.

terrible
They never answer your emails or calls when you need to get ahold of them. I was moving out and the manager didn’t tell me I had a prorated rent and I paid the rent in full. Not a good place to live, weirdos knocking on your door randomly at night. People loud 24/7 playing music or fighting couples. Not worth the money.

Poor management and construction
Construction of this building leaves much to be desired. They used the cheapest materials and lowest grade of product although advertised as “luxury”. Not true! No designer lighting...garbage disposal is the smallest cheapest you can buy. Walls are crooked. Floors are concrete and loud! Renter beware. Many problems with little results. Company is a mess. No communication and high turn over of employees.
