This property has a highly efficient maintenance team. Mike, the maintenance manager, goes above and beyond to make living on this property very comfortable.

Overall, I would rate the apartments highly. They are reasonably clean, reasonably well-maintained, and overall it’s fairly quiet. However, the apartments have external exhaust vents on the outside of the bedroom window that blow in the wind. It’s awful, imagine, three metal flaps, banging all night long and all day long, you’ll definitely lose sleep. Definitely consider this before you move in because they aren’t going to fix it.

problems that cannot be solved since we moved. The service request is shown to be systemically resolved without being resolved. indifference to frequently raised problems. This place never deserves its money. I definitely do not recommend. There are definitely better places for this money. Disappointment without 1 month.

The views of the Galleria and downtown from my apartment here are amazing! I love the management team! They provide excellent service in a friendly and caring way. The property and facilities are beautiful and I am so happy living here!

The property is great and office staff are very hepful and they are trying to do their best to make this property much more comfortable. The property is in prime location and you can reach anywhere you need within few minutes. Amenities are great and luxurious. Well constructed, quiet and clean building. Maintenance is quick responsive and management team is very professional.
