This is a family owned apartment complex. Your rent money here is invested into the community. The family all worked together to prepare our apartment for us. This is an extremely nice community and the owner and staff are excellent. I couldn't be happier living anywhere else. Ms.Kathy is a great person and AWESOME manager/owner. She keeps her Apts in excellent condition and obviously has a very keen insight on potential renters because everyone who lives here all tend to get along well with another. Her staff,at the very lease,are super great at their jobs are super friendly and are on top of whatever needs to be done is done in a timely manner.
