The staff is amazing! These are great apartments in a great area. They are a bit older and that brings some issues, but the maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others.

I live here now, my apartment is terrible mold in the ceiling in the bathroom that I’ve addressed numerous times, ceiling falling in in bathroom, painted over roaches in kitchen, people always shooting outside my window with my children here, neighbors allowing their children to play right at my door and drop trash and spit and anything else from upstairs. Fights every weekend. It’s just a terrible place to be, we don’t talk to anyone here because it’s scary and sad to live here. I don’t even... allow my little one to play outside here. It’s just overall a horrible place to live and I can not wait to leave even if I have to break my lease because it’s not safe at all.

Our family just move in at the beginning of the month, and we love it.
Maintenance was great getting all of our requests taken care of, and the office staff got all our paperwork ready in a timely manner to get us moved in quickly!
Also love the new upgraded washers and that I can do laundry at anytime! its so convenient!!!!!
I'd recommend Savan Villas to everyone who is looking for a reasonably priced place to live with great amenities!
