In the living room a fireplace and bay window add charm. The unit is wired for Google Fiber. No street parking is available, but some contracts have available assigned parking spaces for an additional $25/month.

Year contracts run through August 2025. The deposit is equal to two times the monthly rent rate. Total rent owed is divided into 12 equal payments due on the first of each month.
