Out of the gate, I want to say Tripalink was an excellent management company. All maintenance issues were addressed promptly, and I always felt I could reach them in case of issues.

The location is not ideal; u district is not a place to be out at night. Some of the security gates were left open, and for the basement units this means direct access to your door.

I can't say I recommend living in the basement units; there are no windows and it was really depressing to be honest. But it's well... situated near the 31/32 bus which goes right to QFC and good walking distance from UW.

I have lived here for a while and I am very impressed and happy at the proactiveness of the people in charge of the place. The folks over at Keystone Apartments NW has done an amazing job keeping the residence clean and maintained by having scheduled pest checks and cleanups. They even went above and beyond by installing new windows and shower ledges that were left uninstalled from the previous owners. The team also respond to inquiries and maintenance request in a timely fashion and get the... work scheduled as soon as possible which was something I wasn't used to, and it is definitely a good thing especially when it comes to scheduling.
