Spacious house even with several people and two dogs living here(this is my primary residence). Pets are not allowed. Common spaces (kitchen, bathrooms, dining rooms, etc.) are shared space. There's also a backyard with seating area–plenty of shared... space to move around without being confined to a private room. There's also two large parks nearby, connected by a paved walking/bike trail that leads goes directly to downtown. Also 3/4 mile from the grocery store and the bus route is around the corner of our block.
