This apartment complex is located right off of an extremely busy main road. Traffic and emergency services drive by all day and all night. Even though the complex is located close to freeway access you almost feel like you’re in the freeway. The community itself is dingy and dirty, the trash container is full and overflowing weekly and includes the dumping of furniture. The outside playing ground is disgusting and I wouldn’t let my child play there, the pool is dated and dirty. The gym can now... only be used during office hours as it’s been broken into! I’ve never seen the tanning bed. Neighbors tend to not clean up after their pets. The police are in this complex on a regular basis and many of the vehicles here constantly have flat tires. Once you pass this then you can deal with the neighbors loud music and constant arguments, in addition this is supposed to be a non smoking community but the stench of marijuana is everywhere. The apartments are dated at best,my unit was supposed to have been renovated but all they did was lay new carpet. The appliances are in need of a major improvement nothing is modern in my unit, popcorn ceilings, 1990’s appliances, thin walls, dips in the floor, thin windows panes and thin front doors to start. The office staff lacks knowledge and understanding, mostly don’t respond back to you in a timely manner if not at all. Customer services is far from what these individuals have or practice. If you go to the front office you are greeted by less then personable staff and are more spoken to as a person who’s inconveniencing their day. I have gone as far as calling their headquarters multiple times without anyone returning my calls or inquiries. I had a two sided move in report at time of move in so it will be very interesting to see out the moving out process will be handled. I would honestly think twice before moving into these units, our experience has be negative from the first evening we moved in until now. We can’t wait to move out of these over priced units. The reviews you read on other websites are very accurate.
