9 months and never repaired the gap in the screen door. Told me he won't put a new door in because it's expensive and he isn't putting any money into the building...it's just a retirement plan for him. Lights in the apartment flicker all at once...cell phone maybe charges, maybe not..clock on stove flashes and needs to be reset most mornings.
