This place has really gone downhill since the new management took over. Like other reviews, no one answers the phone and when they rarely do they are very rude. They won't have anyone cut the grass for weeks. No one will pick up the stray garbage next to the dumpster that animals get into and drag around. Definitely not worth the price you pay to live here.

New management and maintenance is terrible. They never answer the phone and therefore do not return calls. When they do occasionally answer the phone, Maintenance will only semi fix one item on the list and then gets disrespectful (along with management) when you have to call them back about the issue. Grass wasn’t trimmed for WEEKS. We loved living here before the old management left. We cannot wait for our lease to be up!

This was once a great place to live Management and maintenance was great since it was sold and new management took over its awful no one returns phone calls grass is up to our knees. Looks like trash! The old manager cared about everything and took great care of this place now the management is rude and un caring . Take my advice and look somewhere else.

The apartments are great for small families. The neighbors are very respectful and friendly. There's a parking area, swimming pool, and basketball/tennis court for residents as well as a dumpster. Rent is moderate. The apartment come with HVAC, water heater and dishwasher, and a refrigerator. Management is very kind and responds quickly to maintenance issues. They also have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of discrimination. Been living here for a while and It feels safe, however, drivers... sometimes speed up on the small roads.
