Unsafe Location
People’s stuff gets stolen in their “secured” underground garages all the time. To include windows being broken out and bikes and vehicles stolen. Management could care less and it continues to happen. Would not recommend moving here at all.

Thank you for your feedback. Over a month ago, we experienced some instances of theft in our parking garage. We learned that a resident unknowingly had their garage remote stolen, and upon learning that, we immediately changed the garage... access codes as well as reprogrammed all remotes. Beautiful community
I don’t normally take the time to write reviews very often but I wanted to share my experience. When I arrived after a long trip of driving to Alaska the office staff was very welcoming and made me feel right at home. They took the time to introduce me to maintenance guys. Which made it feel so personable. Being this was the first time that I was going to be my apartment I was a little bit worried but was so relieved to see it was just like the pictures. They even had a gift and a card for me in... the apartment waiting This was such a nice gesture. So far I’m very happy with my new apartment. My only recommendation would be that they get a recycling receptacle for tenants.

Beautiful property!
I just moved in and love this property! The apartment is beautiful,spacious great amenities like a fireplace, washer/dryer,garage, in floor heating. The office staff was very professional,personable & welcoming. I felt at home right away.I highly recommend living here.
