I would give 5 stars, but I am not pleased with my carpet still having visible urine stains after being cleaned twice (once before I moved in and once after I moved in), the faucet in my bathroom was installed too far back from the sink so it pours water onto the counter every time it’s turned on, there’s also several places throughout the apartment that have white specks of paint on the floor and door handles. I enjoy everything else about this community, but for the price, these small things... should not be an issue.

Great For College Students!
Greystone Pointe is an amazing place to live! The staff is incredibly friendly and always goes above and beyond to help. Maintenance is super responsive—special shoutout to Chris for always being on top of things! I also love the community events they put together; they really make it feel like home. As a college student, this is the perfect place to live!

Greystone Pointe is an amazing place to live! We’ve been here since 2021 and have thoroughly enjoyed it. Jared is the best—always so helpful, and we’re super happy he’s back! If you’re a student looking for a quiet and comfortable place to call home, I highly recommend Greystone.

My grandson LOVES living at Greystone. The gentleman and the young ladies in the office are very friendly. Maintenance is also very fast and responsive. Keep up the amazing work!
