3 Years at The 700 and Love It!
The 700 has been my home for 3 years now and I love it here! It's close to Lakeview, downtown and just a 2 minute walk to the Piggly Wiggly. It's so fun to relax in the pool and get to know my neighbors. The management team has always been really nice, professional and will have the maintenance team at my apartment on the same day that I send in a maintenance request. The secure and gated parking is a plus! I highly recommend getting in touch with KH Management and taking a tour of The 700! It's... been a really wonderful place to live.
