these folks are more worried about making money than the safety of their Tennant's. it's over priced and terribly updated. the units need to be professionally inspected. we had problems with water damage and mold growing out of our vents and it was never addressed. I know of someone else who had a gas leak and the landlord got mad because they called the fire department instead of them first. just don't do it
