I have lived in the Flats of East Bay for a year and I still love it!! The staff is very responsive and helpful, the grounds are beautiful and the neighbors are friendly. The community events are still lots of fun and a good way to meet new people. We all take pride in our community and work together to keep it lovely. I can't say enough nice things about the complex and community here, and hope to stay for a long time!

Beautiful buildings surrounding a lake n picturesque oak trees that r old n reach almost to the bottom in f the ground for u pleasure to walk dogs around. Very quiet neighborhood that still has social events twice a month for community. The apartments are lovely with tall ceilings n spacious floors. Washing machines n dryers incl. r the must. Well lit areas wonderful place to call home
