Foley was just recently identified as the 10th fastest growing community in the USA (as noted by U-Haul statistics January 2025), Just a few miles away from Foley are the coastal resorts of Gulf... Shores and Orange Beach where you can enjoy the sugar-white sands of the Gulf Coast! They are just a few minutes from downtown Foley. Our home is in a quiet cul-de-sac residential area and offers 4 bedrooms (or 3 and a bonus room), 2 full baths and half, full laundry area, fully equipped kitchen and quiet fenced-in back yard. We are only 7 minutes from restaurants, Tanger Mall, OWA amusement park, and the Sportsplex. All bedrooms are on the 2nd floor which gives you privacy and serenity. As mentioned, on the first floor we have a fully equipped kitchen (the stove is brand new), a dining nook, a 1/2 bath, and a large living room. You can easily make the rear of the living room into a dining room or an office nook. From the kitchen you can enter into a spacious 2 car garage (with a Hurricane reinforced door). As you might expect, we are looking for a robust family with the ability to negotiate a full flight of stairs. With 4 bedrooms your 3 children could each have their own room! These typical stairs are safe and sturdy but unfortunately are not handicapped accessible. We are looking for tenants who have at least one year of flexibility to rent or more.
