This apartment complex is all around terrible I don’t recommend no one to move over here for one the rent is very much overpriced for how the apartments look on the outside its very trashy and nasty the pipes are old so you will have to get your drains unclogged frequently. They are very unprofessional the assistant manager that work in the office attitude is terrible . The maintenance men are sorry except for one I’ve been having maintenance issues since day 1 they take months to come fix it

The picture are a apartment for viewing only. The pool been closed for 2 years. Maintenance is horrible it take them days to fix things. The water always being cut off for repairs that still create a leak in the ground. The plumbing is awful and the water bill be over $150 a month. The grounds dirty and no one cleaning up the property. The management turnover is bad and the owner dont care of the living situation.

Great experience
Moved here a week ago today and I’ve had a wonderful experience. Jenn in the office made my move an easy process and she keep me informed along the way. I absolutely love the Pearl at Homewood.

Don’t rent here
Pool has been closed all summer. Can’t access the gym. Off ice staff doesn’t answer phone. Trash everywhere. Don’t respond to urgent maintenance calls.
