My apartment community is nice. I do wish it was gated sometimes. Nevertheless, I still feel safe. The clubhouse is beautiful. However, it gets super cold in there at a certain time, which I wish it didn’t. I love my apartment but I do NOT like the dry wall.

Pros: It's a very nice apartment. The leasing office smells really good. I enjoyed my initial tour of the apartment. The leasing agent who helped me was very welcoming. They answered all of my questions and a gave me an informational packet with their contact information.

Cons: I have had a hard time getting in contact with leasing agents when trying to finalize the details of my lease. I would call and have to leave messages. There was an error in the website and it showed units being...
available when they were not. I was told that I was in a particular unit and I had already set up my utilities there, but I was told that I would be moving into a different unit.
