The staff is amazing. I moved in recently and had a few minor hiccups with the account set up but any question/concern I had, the staff was there to help.

The service I received during my process of choosing an apartment home was A1! Tee F. was great and answered ALL of my questions and concerns. She went above and beyond to ensure that I choose the apartment that met all of my needs. She was attentive, friendly, and quick. Best rental experience ever! Charles R. has been great as well, he has quickly answered all of my questions and concerns since my move. Overall I am very pleased with the community and the service so far!

If you notice, batches of reviews for The Moderne are written on the same date. Clearly, they have been writing their own reviews. While there are a few good things about this complex such as its proximity to Providence Village, this is far from a "luxury apartment" complex. Yes, living in Providence has some advantages but trying to get through the construction traffic every day is a pain. The super high rent rates don’t support the low-end finishes in the apartments. I can’t say enough good things about this place! Besides the property being very well maintained, the proximity to providence restaurants and shops is a great perk. Maintenance is always quick to respond. Kylie was great to work with before move in and continues to be helpful now that I live here! Great place to live!!

As a newer resident to the community the staff was excellent and easy to work with. They provided everything needed to make it a smooth transition and made me feel at home. Kylie was great in making sure everything went smoothly and explaining what steps to follow. The community and location is great. I have been impressed with my experience thus far and highly recommend.
