The Pointe at Bailey Cove
We recently moved into The Pointe and our apartment manager, Jeremy, made everything completely manageable and effortless. We were able to move in quickly and with ease. Our apartment is fantastic and we love the amenities. Would absolutely 10/10 recommend to anyone!

Great location
This property is in a great location. Very close to shopping in Jones Valley, and right next door to the Neighborhood Market. Stays clean and the neighbors ors are quiet and friendly.

COCKROACHES - DO NOT STAY
Highly recommend finding another place other than the Pointe at Bailey Cove.
They charge market rent for a below market kitchen and bathroom. The pictures on their website are nowhere close to what you will get.
From the first day, cockroaches were a problem. I notified the maintenance personnel that day because he was fixing a broken door in our apartment (another problem with this apartment). He said he will take care of the problem. Two months later the cockroach problem was getting worse,... so I went to talk to the property manager. Turns out, they never sprayed my apartment even though I pay for pest control each month. After talking to the property manager, he said our apartment will be sprayed every week from here on out and told me the problem will be solved in a month. A month later the pest problem was even worse. In three days, I saw a total of 25 cockroaches. Frustrated, I went to the property manager again only to find out that he made a mistake and pest control only came twice.
The upper leadership had no intention to try and make this problem correct and blamed us for not letting them know there were bugs.
